About Skool Mentor

The Founder

Nutan Malhotra

Nutan started SkoolMentor after going through the college application process with her daughter. Nutan felt there wasn’t any real way to connect with college students to get personalised information about student life, opportunities and application process about her daughter’s dream colleges. Here the idea for Skoolmentor was born to empower high-school students with a platform to connect with college students.

In the fall of 2019, we launched our Remote Research Program in STEM. As part of this program we connect high school and undergrad students to researchers (post docs or field experts) in the fields of cancer research, cardiovascular disease research and more. Students complete world class research projects in 8 weeks under the mentorship of the researchers – remotely.
