It's not a surprise that college inevitably comes with stress and doubt. It's the people we surround ourselves with that can really make the difference. College becomes your home away from home so it is important that you have a strong support system, someone to rely on, for the moments of stress. Know that you always can rely on your mentor from Skoolmentor, on tips to relieve stress and dealing with homesickness. Finding healthy ways to relieve stress can come in many forms; playing a sport, joining a club, or even having some personal alone time. Research clubs or organizations that might interest you. Your university might provide organizations tailored for you, specifically if you are first generation etc... Plan Ahead... Beat the Stress!!
